Privacy policy
This page explains what data the website collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. The data controller is Sébastien Raichon (contact details in the legal notice).
Contact form
When you write through the form, your name, email address, subject and message are sent by email to Sébastien Raichon, solely to reply to you. They are not stored on the website’s server.
- Messages are sent through Brevo, a French email service, which acts as a processor and does not reuse this data.
- Messages received are kept for one year, then deleted.
- To block automated submissions, the website keeps an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (which cannot be turned back into the address). It is only used for 24 hours and is erased as later messages are sent.
Legal basis: your request, which the message allows us to answer.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and shows no advertising. Fonts and images are served by the website itself.
Videos on the Media page are only loaded if you click on them. The YouTube (Google) player, in privacy-enhanced mode, is then loaded: YouTube receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy.
Technical logs
When a requested page does not exist, the website records its address, the page you came from and the date, in order to fix broken links. No IP address or cookie is recorded. The website’s host keeps its own connection logs for the security of the service, in line with its legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its processing, by writing to sebastienraichon@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
