Since 2024, I’ve been co-hosting trail running camps that are a bit different from the others, focusing on the theme of well-being, which is omnipresent, even during the trail sessions. We provide everything, from entertainment to full board.
Fannie Bernard (naturopath, masseuse, yoga teacher), Richard Le Gall (Wim Hof Method instructor), and a whole catering team accompany me on these long weekends. Sandrine Béranger, my adventure race partner and ultra trail champion, will often be by my side.
The goal of these camps is to take care of yourself in different ways:
Running in beautiful landscapes, experiencing other sports, eating well, learning to relax with yoga and breathing sessions, taking ice baths, enjoying a massage, etc. Depending on the location of the camp, a spa experience (sauna, jacuzzi) may be offered.
These different components of well-being allow for better recovery and thus an improvement in physical potential. By exposing the body to short and intense stresses (heat, cold, fasting, apnea, etc.), the body fights and strengthens itself, just as our running speed or our ability to run for long periods improves with our training and the years that pass.
These camps are also an opportunity to meet other passionate people with different personalities and to exchange ideas over three days. For me, this is a unique opportunity to share my experience and passion with you and to answer all your questions.
For these camps, we partner with Trailinfrance, the number one organization of camps in France. Registration is done via their website:
