I’ve always loved sharing my experience, and hosting conferences is something I particularly enjoy.
After 15 years of high-level adventure racing and five years of Ultra Trail running, it’s clear to me that many of its values can be applied to other sectors, such as the corporate world.
I’ve always been the captain of my raid team. A team of four that must always move forward together for around 100 hours, regardless of the activity or the physical condition of each individual. Managing a team for 15 years and leading them to the title of world champion in 2024 is a tremendous achievement and personal satisfaction!
So I can tell you about this crazy adventure while making connections with your daily life, a year, a decade in business! Because I am convinced that managing a raid team is similar to managing a team in a company: getting everyone to give the best of themselves, setting common objectives and the means to achieve them, exceeding their limits, valuing and giving self-confidence, making everyone want to come every day with, if not passion, at least a great desire to move forward again and again!
